Employees, consultants, contractors, vendors, service providers, and other authorized third parties associated with Borderline Genius are expected to maintain the confidentiality of information entrusted to them by Borderline Genius or its customers, except where disclosure is authorized by Borderline Genius or required by Applicable Law.
Confidential information includes all non-public information relating to Borderline Genius, its customers, employees, business operations, technology, systems, intellectual property, or other business matters that could be used by competitors or could cause harm to Borderline Genius or its customers if disclosed or misused.
Borderline Genius is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal data collected and processed in the course of its business. All individuals and third parties handling information on behalf of Borderline Genius are expected to comply with applicable data protection and privacy requirements, Company policies, contractual obligations, and Applicable Laws.
Individuals who are provided access to confidential or proprietary information may also be required to enter into confidentiality, non-disclosure, intellectual property, data protection, or similar agreements. Where applicable, all such obligations must be strictly adhered to throughout the engagement with Borderline Genius and, where required, after the engagement ends.
Any questions regarding the handling, disclosure, use, or protection of confidential information, personal data, or intellectual property should be directed to the appropriate Borderline Genius representative or the Borderline Genius Legal Department.
