The whistleblower email address is managed by the Borderline Genius HR/Legal team, and all reports will be handled appropriately and in accordance with Applicable Laws and Company policies.
Individuals may report concerns anonymously, where permitted by Applicable Laws. Borderline Genius will make reasonable efforts to protect the confidentiality of the identity of the person making the report and the information provided, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
Borderline Genius prohibits retaliation against any person who, in good faith, raises a concern or participates in an investigation relating to a reported concern.
